Congratulations Dr. Gunsch on being awarded the Engineering Research Center for Precision Microbiome Engineering (PreMiEr) via National Science Foundation (NSF). The multidisciplinary center will endeavor to deepen our understanding of the microbiome in the built environment, ultimately leading to the development of diagnostic tools and engineering solutions for encouraging growth of beneficial microbes or for inhibiting pathogen growth.
