Andrew Wrench

Andrew researches the response of bacterial biofilm-producing bacteria in the context of surfaces hostile to their adherence, such as skin, specifically in the context of immune activity upon bacterial biofilms. He aims to investigate how this stress response of bacteria influences their capacity to metabolize things like pesticides, or insecticides that skin may come in contact with.
