Beverly deSouza

deSouza

Beverly's background is molecular and cell biology research, and she is currently pursuing a Master of Environmental Management Degree in Ecotoxicology and Environmental Health. She is also a trainee in Project 5 of the Duke Superfund Research Center. Beverly's research is focused on assaying toxicity of products of PAH bioremediation in order to determine whether specific bacterial and fungal strains are converting PAHs into biologically inert compounds.
